On-Road CommitteeMembers of the On-Road Committee are working to continue the commitment among the Southeastern partners to be leaders in promoting clean diesel for on-highway vehicles through new initiatives and existing programs such as Clean School Bus USA and the SmartWay Transport Partnership. Strategies include idle reduction and biodiesel use along major transportation corridors; equipment retrofits, re-powers and engine replacements. Participation on the On-Road Committee is open to all intersted SEDC partners. If you would like to join the On-Road Committee, click here.

Members of the funding committee are working to compile currently available funding opportunities, as well as research creative mechanisms for funding diesel emission reduction projects. The funding committee is exploring the potential for significant public-private partnerships in this arena. Click here for funding opportunities.
